Zendakara

Zendakara was born of a human female and a minor demon lord, Idris, however she only ever knew her father.

Watching him as she grew into a beautiful demoness, she learned the importance of politics, as well as, how to fight and defend herself. As her father grew in importance, she also gained a small following and respect, and eventually slew him, taking his place – and power – within the Court.

Zenda spent more and more time with the human underlings as the Count corrupted them. In awe, she watched the finesse with which he turned them into demonlings. Soon, without his knowledge, she began to use her learned tricks for her own gain by leading the good souls toward pain and hate.

As she aged, the realization that these souls responded to her beauty astonished her, but they were only souls. She occasionally had trysts with lesser-ranked demons but this always held a risk to her – her life and her station. So, to rise even further, she attempted to seduce the aged Count and in the throes of passion, killed him taking his station as Countess.

After several centuries of politicking, assassination and paranoia, Zenda became bored with her daily duties and began to roam the human realm. She hid herself behind the guise of an ethereal human beauty. The joy of seducing their souls before their deaths refreshed her spirit.

Delighted to have stumbled upon a Vestal Virgin temple, she used the beautiful ‘virgins’ to lure men to her. Some she used only to satiate her body, leaving their bodies discarded like trash. She corrupted the soul of others and sent them back into the world drastically different than when they entered the temple – violent, hurtful, and hateful.

One day, in the midst of pleasure, a young god attacked her temple. Zenda was immediately attracted to Warez, however she was also furious at the interruption. They fought long and hard – her sais to his sword – an even match ending in violent lust. Warez’s stamina was unending, more than enough to leave her wanting more. As they lay entwined, they schemed and came up with a plan to revive her temple to bring both men and women to satisfy their lust and need for mayhem.

Their plan was ruined by an attack on their temple and they were forced to flee. Zenda was eventually banished back to her domain in hell. Furious, she plotted to free herself, but the barriers to block her were too strong. It was at this point where she devised the role of the Kai. Choosing a servant, she imbued him with incredible psychic powers and he devoted himself to her completely.

Using the Kai, she reached out to try and find a human male stupid enough to summon her, but unfortunately, her plan did not work quite as planned. The Circle of Thorns arch mage that summoned her bound her to serve him and his desires. Warez stumbled upon the Circle of Thorns temple during her servitude, and when realizing the situation Zenda was in, he killed her ‘master’.

Zendakara took the control of the Circle of Thorns in the area with Warez as one of her guards. Eventually, Warez set up a base of his own while Zenda continued to subvert souls and searched to gain power in her own right.
